Cecilia Maran is an italian artist from Padova. She attended the Etching Techniques and Graphic Arts course at the Fine Art Academy in Venice and she graduated in 2019.
During her studies she was able to experiment different kinds of etchings and could find her best way of representing natural scenarios and elements thanks to new and non-conventionals materials and methods. She found in chemical reactions with nitric acid and baking soda her signature. She displayed her artworks in many exhibitions mainly in Italy such as in Treviso, Venezia, Vicenza, Novara and Genova but also in Douro, Portugal. Moreover, her etchings are part of private and public collections.
